Here is a sample of my ping pong training challenge at home during the Covid-19 pandemic.
It included:
200 bounces of the ping pong ball on my forehand (FH) side
100 bounces on my backhand (BH) side
10 mins forehand drives crosscourt
10 mins backhand drives crosscourt
15 mins topspin and backspin serves
I run for a mile
