Thought I’d do a few fun drills that you can do at home during the lockdown due to Covid-19.


These ping pong exercises can help you significantly with your hand-eye coordination and add some fun too.

I strongly believe in the idea that exercising at the present time, will benefit you in the future.


Ping pong is a great brain sport and available to people of all ages, abilities and genders.
