About Pong on Wheels

Ping-pong continues to gain popularity in the U.S., including North Texas.

Like many of you, I have a ping-pong table at home, where I play with family members, neighbors, and friends. Others play at work, the Rec Center, schools, or even at church.

Ping-pong is fun and a great alternative to a gym workout. A recent study in Poland, published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, outlines the great health benefits of ping-pong. Ping-pong is the "world's best brain sport" according to Dr. Daniel Amen. You will enhance your physical and mental health with ping pong lessons today.

Everyone loves ping-pong, and everyone can play it.

It is an indoor sport and it is played year-round.
